I want to personalise my password, as I have too many to remember, and don't want to every time access my emails first to see my password again. Please give an option to change the given password to one of my own choosing.
Yes, you can now personalise your password. You just need to log-in and you can then change the password on your profile page. In addition, we have added the ability for you to have the system remember you for 21 days. So if you plan to be an active user, select the "remember me" on log-in, and you will not need to renter your details if you login from the same computer each day.

I am having problems viewing your site using Internet Explorer 8? (IE8)
We are having a few issues with the latest version of Internet Explorer - we advise to use Firefox or Safari for best results on our site.

Is this system really free? Or is there a hidden catch? Are you trying to harness my details or something?
No, it really is completely free. Your profile is created simply for the system to know your location to send you crime alerts, and you will only be sent an e-mail from the site to inform you of a crime incident or the occasional newsletter.

I am worried about posting and incident, as my address with be displayed.
When you post an incident, you address is masked in a way that will not show your street number, but rather as XX Main Street for example. So your actual address is not displayed. However if you wish to nit input your street number, that is fine too.
